Simple hotel, not for guests with OCD

The room is big but not very modern nor clean, but decent enough for its price. I had to book this hotel last minute because the next door hotel cancelled my booking out of nowhere.

Needs a little bit tidying up.. towels were stained.

Very Good

Great location, fairly clean hotel. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

Only thing that we don't like was the bed. Old spring mattress, which sagged in the middle and made noises when you move. I don't know if that is only in our room though. Also, the mini fridge was not plugged in. I had to look for the outlet which was hidden in the back, beside the the dresser.

Good value stay in HCMC

Location was good for accessing main sights in HCMC. Facilities all worked well. TV/aircon/kettle/fridge/shower/toilet. Also had a dresser with mirror.

Not thoroughly clean. Dirt in edges and corners of the room. Dead cockroach appeared in the morning one day.

Passable budget place to spend a few nights in a quiet location.

The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside and slept really well. Room was clean and cheap, done the job for a few nights.

The price on booking.com showed it was massively reduced as a late escape deal. However when you get there you will see that the standard rate written on the sign is the same as the "reduced" price online. Making it seem you're getting somewhere really nice for cheap, you're not. It's a budget hotel. The shower was quite cold, and the AC spat out ice shards periodically. The room is very small, it was difficult with two large backpacks to find space to put stuff and move around.

The bed was so comfy and water pressure was so strong

Strange Noises at Night

Nice location. Smart TV with WiFi.

Strange noises late at night. The noise lasted for 1 or 2 minutes only, but nonetheless, it was very strange indeed!

Fine hotel with good location.

Hotel was in a good location on Main Street in District 1.

The staff were a little disorganised and spoke very limited English. The shower wasn’t good, either scalding hot water or freezing cold and spouted water out aggressively. hotel doesn’t come up on Google maps, difficult for tours to find.

A pleasant friendly trip

A friendly receptionist that able to speak basic English when I reached at night. So he arranged my room nicely after double confirming my booking ID. Head up by lif and all the basic used item is available. Shower room have all the things you need to clean your body and even your hair. There is one time use toothbrush and shaver too, bring your own shaver cream. Lol Glass and water kettle is ready at there so you just need to go down to get a fresh water at the reception area. When check out , there is a cute receptionist which is smile all the time which light up my mood. Nearby area there is some great local hawker foods too which is tasty. Room was acceptable and comfortable for me. I will come again if needed and the WiFi is so fast. .

Nothing to dislike. Everything was fine.

Very calculative hotel owner and staff

No breakfast, location is out

When I check in, the staff told me that I need to take upgrade room and pay for the additional cost. I refuse and they have no choice but to move to for a upgrade room as their room is full. Next day the staff want me to move back to my original room. I agreed and took the room key. When I try to move my luggage to the other room, the earlier receptionist was in the room showering with another lady. When they hear I try to open the door, they lock the door. When I call to another staff I was told to wait as the staff is doing something. When the room open I can see both the staff was trying to dry their hair! Next when I move in the fridge is not working. I call and the same lady came and pretend to check on the fridge and left. They make me waited for 1 hour thinking I will not ask them on the fridge. When I went down and ask, then they started to panic and try to call for someone to repair. But they are not able to repair the fridge and told me that I can get the balance pro rated room money back if I am not happy. The time was almost 5pm and it do not make sense for me to get another hotel as I need to pay for the full day rate. Lastly the shower was either too cold or too hot with sudden blast of water. The mattress was cheap and soft. It is uncomfortable to sleep
